  • From the perspective of being an athlete we may have a tendency to push to our edge and be competitive. In yoga we learn how to play with our edge, be patient with the process and to surrender and soften. That’s not to say our practice can’t be challenging.
     
    In KJ's YFA workshop you will explore a solid warm up to prepare for a strong practice, flow and standing series; then take it down with yin poses to get into connective tissues with extended holds.
