YOBarre is a perfect combination of Yoga, Barre and Cross Training that will give you a full body workout in 45 minutes or less! The barre work will allow you to efficiently focus on strengthening your entire body with special focus on that back body that's so hard to target. We will focus on moves that will help you tone and define while mixing in cardio training to kick up your heart rate. We will weave in bits of yoga to ensure you get stretched after strengthened. Expect the perfect mind-body workout in your day with a perfect balance of strength, stretching, cardio, and meditation.
