Upon his rescue, it became apparent just how dire Eeyore’s condition was. He bore visible wounds and bleeding, and his body was ravaged by an extreme case of mange. To make matters worse, he recently tested positive for the highly contagious and often fatal canine parvovirus (parvo), adding to the challenges he already faced.
