Tulip, a 10-month-old kitten, has faced numerous difficulties in her brief existence. Despite this, she awakens each day with a joyful grin. Tulip was discovered on the streets of Ontario, Canada, when she was just two weeks old, and was rescued by a local animal rights advocate. Despite having an eye infection, Tulip posed for a snapshot, beaming for the camera, as her caretaker clicked the photo for the website. Little did she know that this image would assist her in finding a permanent family.
Jen and Chris had been on the hunt for a companion for their beloved feline, Pinecone, for quite some time. However, it wasn’t until they stumbled upon a video of baby Tulip flashing a heartwarming smile on their computer that they knew they had found the perfect fit. According to Jen, “We were immediately captivated by her adorable grin in the short advertisement.”

Upon immediate application, the couple was approved for adoption. They were in awe of Tulip’s continuous smile even while being at the shelter. The couple instantly felt a connection with her, falling head over heels for her charm and personality. Jen expressed how they immediately fell in love with Tulip as soon as they met her in person.
Upon welcoming Tulip into their home, her smile remained as delightful as when they first saw it in the ad. Initially, they hesitated whether the photo was a fluke, but upon taking multiple snapshots of her, they realized that it was the real deal. Jen also expressed how Tulip’s smile never wavered and continued to bring joy.
Even though he had health issues, the little black and white kitty smiled and comforted his new owners, assuring them that things would work out fine. Jen believes that the permanent grin on his face is either due to his unique facial structure or because he’s happy about how much he has grown since he was just ten months old.
