Introducing Samson, a gigantic Maine Coon cat hailing from New York City. This fluffy feline weighs in at 28 lbs (approximately 13 kg) and is even larger than some wild bobcats. In fact, many have dubbed him “the largest cat in NYC,” and he may even be the biggest cat in the world, with measurements of 4.04 feet. Despite his immense size, Samson’s owner, Jonathan Zurbel, describes him as a gentle giant who is not overweight but rather a strong and sturdy kitty. Samson is also extremely affectionate and well-behaved, often waiting by his owner’s door and jumping up to sit on his belly in the morning.
