Our Yoga 101 Workshops are a great opportunity to learn the basics of yoga in a small group setting, with more individualized attention. These workshops are ideal for those who are brand new to yoga, and may not be comfortable in group classes yet. This workshop is also perfect for those who haven’t been active in a while, are recovering from injury, dealing with health challenges, or simply want to learn more about the foundations of the practice of yoga. Join a workshop to work with the same highly qualified instructor and learn yoga in a more methodical way. We offer 4-week and weekend sessions on a monthly basis. Commit to yourself and your wellness by signing up today. Check out our online workshop schedule for details on upcoming sessions.
Still Unsure Where to Begin?
Attending one of our yoga 101 workshops is the safer and more mindful way to try yoga and our studio for the first time, but many people with yoga experience or who are more active in general would be fine buying our introductory class pass and jumping right into our regular classes. Check our online schedule and read the class descriptions to see what sounds like a good fit. In general, Hatha and Basics are good for everyone, young, old, stiff, or strong. Yin and Restorative are also good for everyone, but are a bit slower and methodical, more focused on flexibility. Vinyasa is more active and quicker paced. You’re welcome to contact us or fill out the form below if you’re still not sure what would be the best fit for you. Show up 15 minutes early for your first class and we’ll make sure that you’re taken care of.
Have questions or comments? Send them our way and we’ll get back to you in two shakes of a dog’s tail.
